If the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is under the age of 18, it reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, withhold any winnings, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities. Any deposits made by an underage user will be returned to the original payment source after deduction of any withdrawals already processed.

Account Registration and Management
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) gg333 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. gg333 uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended, merged, or permanently closed at gg333's sole discretion.
When registering your gg333 account, you are required to provide accurate and truthful personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. This information must match the details associated with your payment method and identity documents to ensure smooth KYC verification at the withdrawal stage.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. gg333 will never ask you to share your password or OTP via any channel, including email, chat, or telephone. - Accounts inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to a dormancy fee or closure, subject to prior notice being sent to your registered contact details.

Deposits and Withdrawals
gg333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction. Currently accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer. gg333 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
All transactions on gg333 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳1,000 for bank transfer methods. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by gg333, although your payment provider's own daily limits will apply.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals may only be sent to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit, or to a verified account held in your own name.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes during standard operating hours for mobile banking methods and within 1–3 business hours for bank transfer methods, subject to gg333's internal verification procedures.
- gg333 reserves the right to carry out additional security and fraud checks on any withdrawal request, which may delay processing. Users will be notified if additional documentation is required.
gg333 does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. gg333 accepts no responsibility for any fees, charges, or exchange rate differences applied by third-party payment providers.
Bonus and Promotions Policy
gg333 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions aligned with events relevant to the Bangladesh market such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and IPL tournament windows. The availability, amount, and conditions of each promotion are set out in the specific promotional terms published alongside each offer.
The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions offered by gg333 unless the specific promotional terms expressly state otherwise:
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, as specified per promotion.
- Bonus offers are limited to one per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated timeframe.
- gg333 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify the terms of an active promotion, or cancel a player's eligibility for a promotion where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of the bonus system.
- Withdrawing your real-money balance before meeting the wagering requirements attached to an active bonus will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.
gg333 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player's wagering activity qualifies toward meeting a bonus wagering requirement. Bets placed on excluded game categories or at stake levels outside the permitted range for a given promotion will not count toward the wagering requirement.
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a registered user of the gg333 platform, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate:

Limitation of Liability

- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game content, odds, or promotional materials provided by third-party game providers or sports data suppliers.
- Any delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions).
gg333's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gg333 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by gg333's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of international commercial law as applied by gg333, with all disputes to be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, followed by binding arbitration if no resolution is reached within 30 days.
